The collaboration agreement between the owner/property manager and StopOTA is a consultancy agreement. In a totally transparent way our team will keep you informed through online meetings in which you will be updated on the activities already carried out and on the progress of planned activities.

The remuneration of commercial performances must be paid at the end of the month in which the amounts related to the reservation are collected by the property upon a specific report is provided by the consultants.

In the vacation rental industry, each location has unique traits and, therefore, each project we follow is made to measure. The purpose is only one: increase the market value of the property and increase its perceived value. Therefore, if in addition to the standard positioning and commercial development services, you feel there is a need for further interventions, you will receive a specific focus and will be treated as a dedicated project.

We usually work with an agreement that lasts at least 2 years since the fruits of our job are harvested and grow season after season. In any case, the partner who wishes to undertake the development of his own location directly can communicate it to his contact person at any time according to the methods and times explained in the consultancy contract.
